RANGER PROGRAM
The Ranger program at Gumleaf Gully is a nature-based program that aims to connect our children with the natural world through hands-on experiences and outdoor exploration. The program includes trips to our infinity garden to immerse children in our little slice of nature in this otherwise urban environment.
The ranger program provides children with opportunities to develop a deeper appreciation for nature
Gain a greater understanding of the impact they have on their world. Through experiences such as growing edible plants and feeding scraps to our worm farm, they learn to respect and care for the environment and develop a sense of responsibility toward protecting and preserving it.
Through their experiences in the ranger program, children also develop important skills such as observation, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
They learn to be curious and inquisitive about the world around them, and to ask questions and seek out answers through exploration and discovery.
